What is your return policy?

Because of the uniqueness of the dress industry there must be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. All Layaways and purchases are final; no part of layaway may be taken out at any time.

Can you check dress availability or pricing over the phone?

We do not hold dresses or give pricing over the phone.  With school registration and one dress per school in each style and color, it is impossible to provide accurate information that way.  Please visit us in the store for current availability and pricing.

Question 3

What types of payment do you accept and do you have a layaway program?

Accepted Answer

YBR Prom and Formals Accepts all major credit cards, Including VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, there is a three month layaway program. There is a thirty percent, non-refundable deposit for all layaway items.  It is your responsibility to make payments every two weeks, without further notice from YBR Prom and Formals.  Failure to make these payments will result in termination of your layaway, thus forfeiting your deposits/payments and all merchandise becomes property of the store and will be subject to immediate sale. All sales and layaways are final.

Do you have a catalog of your dreses?

We do not maintain a complete on line catalog. Because styles change so often.

Do you offer alterations?

Accepted Answer

We do not provide in house alterations.  However, we can recommend several seamstress for your convenience.

Question 6

Who pays for the alterations?

Accepted Answer

Alterations are the responsibility of the costumer and paid directly to the seamstress.

Question 7

Do you register dresses by school?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we register one dress style and color per school.  To help insure your look is unique. Registration is based on the school information provided by the costumer at the time of purchase.
