FAQ

  • What is your return policy?
Because of the uniquness of the dress industry there must be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. All Layaways and purchases are final, no part of layaway may be taken out at any time.
  • Can you check stock or pricing over the phone?
No, because inventory moves so quickly, there is no way to tell you accurately if a certain dress is in stock. Come in to see the full line of Prom and Homecoming gowns. You would be dissappointed if a dress were here at the time you call; Then, when you come in, it has already been sold.
  • What types of payment do you accept and do you have a layaway program?
YBR Prom and Formals Accepts all major credit cards, Including VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, there is a three month layaway program. There is a thirty percent, non-refundable deposit for all layaway items. It is your responsibility to make payments every two weeks, without further notice from YBR Prom and Formals. Failure to make these payments will result in termination of your layaway, thus forfeiting your deposits/payments and all merchandise becomes property of the store and will be subject to immediate sale. All sales and layaways are final.
  • Do you have your own catalog?
We do not have a catalog of all of our prom and homescoming gowns; we do however carry non-advertised gowns that are only available here at YBR Prom and Formals. Please keep in mind that these gowns are limited qulaities, and is a first come first serve basis. If you're interested in seeing a particular dress in person, simply print out the picture from the website and once you are in the store, a prom associate would be happy to find certain styles for you. You can see designers and some of the inventory on our website.

  • Who pays for the alterations?
Alterations are paid by the customer. Your dress must be paid in full before alterations will occur. Any additional alterations must be paid by the customer as well.
  • Do you register all of your dresses?
Yes, your dress will be registered. Only the names of the schools the customer gives are registered, which means, if you decide to go to another dance or changed schools, and we are not notified, we are not responsible if the same dress is at that particular school.
